The product of a tripartite collaboration between the World Zionist Organization, the Jewish Agency for Israel and the Ministry for the Diaspora, it presents data collated and analyzed by a professional team about thousands of antisemitic incidents that have occurred worldwide over the course of the past year. The project "My Home is Your Home" initiative has successfully provided secure accommodation for many families in homes donated by Israelis and Jews from the Diaspora. As the term of the project drew to a close, a ceremony was arranged to acknowledge all those families who had opened their hearts and homes to the evacuees and to thank the project partners.

On the occasion of Hebrew Language Day, the Zionist Council in Israel and the Hebrew Language Academy present a special project of words that symbolize the era.

Students at the Department for Aliyah Promotion's summer ulpan in Argentina held a Tu B'Shvat seder and wrote encouraging letters blessing Israel.

A mezuzah setting ceremony was held in the presence of the chairman of the World Zionist Organization and Oren Heyman, CEO of the SAFESPACE center in Sderot. SAFESPACE is a center that responds to the emerging support and rehabilitation needs of Sderot, the surrounding area and its residents

As an act of solidarity with the hostages still in Gaza, the Buildings of the National Institutions were lit up in yellow on December 31st 2023, the color symbolizing hope for return of the missing.

A survey conducted at the initiative of the World Zionist Organization, in collaboration with the Hebrew University shows that 70% of respondents changed their behavior in public following the rise in anti-Semitism.

As a part of the extended executive meeting of the World Zionist Organization, the prestigious Herzl Award was awarded to journalist and Argentinian football broadcaster Hernan Feller, who advocates daily on his broadcasts for the release of the abductees from Hamas captivity.

Hernan Feller’s visit to Israel was initiated by the head of the Department for Zionist Enterprises who hosted him as well.

The Department for Israel and Holocaust Commemoration Worldwide set up an exhibition as a part of the collective effort to bring back the hostages. The play "Heschel's Seder Night" was presented at a festive premiere in New York where Heschel taught for many years.

Many Chanukah events took place worldwide with the participation of thousands of members of Jewish communities.

The World Zionist Organization invited the general public to write letters to people they would like to light up on the holiday. One of the families who received a letter was particularly moving. The representatives of the organization led by the chairman of the World Zionist Organization came to celebrate with them by lighting candles in a festive and Zionist celebration.

‘Chanukah of Heroes’ is a digital project in which stories of heroism from the Swords of Iron war were distributed to English, French, Spanish and Portuguese speaking Jewish communities in the Diaspora.

The Zionist Council in Israel, as part of its activities with the Druze population, took part in an emotional candle lighting in honor of the Chanukah holiday, together with the "Chaim L’Chaim" organization. The ceremony was held in memory of the two fallen Druze heroes from Yanuh Jat, Lt. Col.

The organization works to strengthen the soldiers of the IDF, including the soldiers of the Chief Military Rabbinate. In this framework, a gift intended for the wives of the reserve soldiers was distributed - 1200 packages in total. The packages were received by the reservists all over the country.

Due to the increase in anti-Semitism abroad, and especially on academic campuses throughout the United States, the acting Deputy Chairman of the World Zionist Organization held several talks with Jewish students on campuses and Jewish schools in Washington and Baltimore.

The World Zionist Organization established an initiative that operates with a two pronged approach: seeking evacuated families in need of homes together with the local municipalities of the southern regions, and finding homeowners abroad who have apartments in Israel available to be used temporarily by the evacuated families.

The World Zionist Organization, in collaboration with HP Indigo, is working to distribute and display posters featuring images of the abductees in major cities around the world. High-quality posters in various languages can be downloaded and printed or ordered at no cost and collected from designated points.

The World Zionist Organization has opened a center for collecting institutional donations from companies and large donations.

The World Zionist Organization has embarked on a project to distribute commemorative prayer and spirit-strengthening bracelets, which combine the feelings of cohesion, unity, and victory.

Thirty days after Hamas’s murderous terrorist attack that occurred on the holiday of Simchat Torah, Saturday, October 7th, the 22nd of Tishrei, many communities from around the world gathered to commemorate the fallen in a moving memorial ceremony.

The Department for Irgoon and Connection with Israelis Abroad has opened an information page for Israelis overseas in need of assistance.

These days it is more important than ever to strengthen our soldiers who protect us and lead us to victory. To ensure that no soldier feels alone, no matter how far their families are, we have launched the "Greetings from Home" project that will also allow families abroad to deliver packages and letters to their loved ones on the home front and the battlefront.

The World Zionist Organization’s management toured the settlements in the south and the Gaza Envelope. Their first stop was the ctiy of Ofakim. Although Ofakim is technically not part of the Gaza Envelope, they suffered heavy losses due to the infiltration of terrorists.

The World Zionist Organization’s donation center is highly operational and provides multiple services to soldiers and evacuees. An example of such is sending two volunteer teams with portable showers to soldiers in the north and south daily to provide them with a few minutes of refreshment.

The World Zionist Organization through its subsidiary company Culture for Israel is running a series of cultural events for residents who were evacuated from their homes, families of the wounded and children of medical personnel all over the country.

Teenagers of the Zionist Council in Israel participated in collecting, packing and distributing equipment to soldiers throughout the country and for families in the south who were evacuated from their homes.

The World Zionist Organization, in coordination with the Settlement Division, is mapping the needs in the various settlements and is in contact with the local councils and leaders.

The World Zionist Organization monitors anti-Semitic activities around the world. Following the massacres on October 7th and the outbreak of the war, it was found that there is a hundreds percent increase in antisemitic occurrences worldwide.

The World Zionist Organization maintains continuous contact with the Jewish and Israeli federations and communities in the Diaspora through Zoom meetings and webinars, with the goal of allowing space for discourse, providing explanatory tools and ventilation.

The World Zionist Organization is taking active steps on social media networks to combat the rampant anti-Semitism and hatred that is being spread online.

The World Zionist Organization initiated a WhatsApp group that unites the homes that require visitors and calls on the general public to find the time and place to comfort, strengthen and be strengthened.

Activities are being run at the Herzl Center as a part of the World Zionist Organization’s effort to raise the morale of the residents of the south and the north who were evacuated from their homes.

Due to the challenging events in our lives, the Department for Irgoon and Connection with Israelis Abroad decided to embark on a project that would benefit us all. Together with the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and the Jewish Agency, we are inviting you to take part in the "Shabbat of Global Unity" initiative, in which we dedicated Shabbat to unity and solidarity. 

The World Zionist Organization is active in creating digital content, with an emphasis on lectures, in Spanish and easy to understand Hebrew to advocate for Israel. The goal is to make the information accessible for the general population and the ulpan students.

The World Zionist Organization and the Zionist Federation are conducting a wide range of advocacy and outreach programs throughout North America in coordination with the Jewish communities. Meetings, webinars and zoom calls are currently taking place with the participation of local politicians, celebrities and thousands of people.

The World Zionist Organization continues to stay involved in pro-Israel protests, fundraising and demonstrations for the abductees by a variety of advocacy methods on various media platforms such as television and newspapers in many different communities and languages.

Prayer meetings and initiatives for the success and strength of the IDF forces are held to strengthen morale.

World Zionist Organization emissaries flew to France to conduct a series of interviews with media outlets and meet with the communities there to advocate and explain the situation in Israel.

On the morning of 7th October 2023, thousands of Hamas terrorists infiltrated southern Israel from Gaza and massacred over 1,400 people, while indiscriminately firing over 9,000 rockets and taking at least 240 people, including children, hostage.
