The Department for Fundraising and Strengthening Community Relations aims to strengthen the natural and desirable connection with the State of Israel and the heritage of Israel. This is done through exposure to the activities of the World Zionist Organization and via delegations of influencers and leaders who visit the communities. In addition, the department holds community events, seminars, and activities for rabbis and community leaders in the Diaspora worldwide to promote this.
The department also establishes contacts with Jewish communities, organizations, rabbis and leaders among Diaspora Jewry, and creates an infrastructure to support the department's activities and the activities of all the World Zionist Organization's departments.
