The October 7th massacre and the war that broke out in its wake had a great impact not only on the residents of the country, but also on Israeli citizens living abroad.
A survey conducted at the initiative of the World Zionist Organization, in collaboration with the Hebrew University shows that 70% of respondents changed their behavior in public following the rise in anti-Semitism such as removing Star of David pendants and mezuzot.
The study presents an alarming picture of the situation of thousands of Israelis who feel that the ground is shaking under their feet as everything familiar and known to them has collapsed.
This is reflected in the sense of alienation they experienced and the sense of personal security that was greatly undermined. The results of the survey can be read by clicking here.
