Hilla Drechler is the Director of the Zionist Enterprises Department. Previous to that she was a Senior Advisor for the Minister of Diaspora Affairs. She returned to Israel after more than four years in New York, where she served as the Representative of the WZO Education Department in North America (Shlicha). She is a convener and connecter and today she continues working in the field of Jewish Peoplehood, Israel and Israelis – Diaspora relations, education, and communities building.
In the past, Hilla was the Director of Young Adults Department at Holon Municipality, her hometown.
Hilla is a community leader who is deeply immersed in local and national socio-politics and taking part in several initiatives and programs.
Hilla holds BA in Political Science and Economics and an MA in Political Thought from Tel-Aviv University, and MA Israel Education from George Washington University.
