Avraham Duvdevani


   Avraham Duvdevani was born in 1945 in Jerusalem, where he grew up and received his education. He served in the IDF Paratrooper Regiment deployed in the liberation of Jerusalem, during the Six Day War.
Avraham Duvdevani has served as Chairman of the World Zionist Organization since 2010.

Yaakov Hagoel is the current Vice Chairman of the World Zionist Organization and the former Head of the Department for Activities in Israel & Countering Antisemitism. In the past he served as Executive CEO of World Betar. On August 27, 2015 he assumed leadership of World Likud following the departure of the former head of the organization Danny Danon, who vacated due to his appointment as the Israeli ambassador to the United Nations.

  Gael Greenwald, Made Aliyah to Israel from France when he was 18, married to Shira and have seven children, a resident of Ramat Beit Shemesh, a graduate of "Machon Lev" Institute. Served as secretary general of Bnei Akiva,Chairman of the Council of World Youth Movements and chairman of partnership Beit Shemesh - Washington / South Africa, served as head of the HagshamaDepartment of the WZO, Deputy Chairman of KKL- JNF and was elected as head of the Rural Growth and Development Division.

  Rabbi Yechiel Wasserman Heads the Center for Religious Affairs in the Diaspora of the World Zionist Organization.

Born in Israel (1950) he holds Master’s degree in Education and a B.A. degree in Education and Criminology from Bar Ilan University. He studied 6 years in Yeshivat Hesder Yeshivat Hakotel in Jerusalem where he received his ordination .He served in the Israel Defense Forces as a tank crew-member
Rabbi Wasserman has served in a number of educational over the years: nine years as a Rabbi in the B’nei Akiva Yeshiva High School in Givat Shemuel, eight years as an educational supervisor and three years as an Educational Representative of the Jewish Agency on the West Coast of the U.S.A.

Alex Slesky    Alex Selsky was born in Ufa in Soviet Union (Today Russia), made Aliyah to Israel alone at age of 16 in 1993 by NAALE (Elite Academy) program. In the past served as an advisor to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, focusing on relations with Russian-speaking Israelis and the Russian-speaking Jewish Diaspora,

as well as the Israeli and foreign Russian-language press. In parallel, he was spokesman of the National Economic Council in Prime Minister’s Office. Previously served as a spokesman for the Jewish Agency and the World Zionist Organization to Russian-language press and an emissary by the Jewish Agency

for advocacy and Jewish Zionist education in New York City. Today serves as CEO of the World Israel Beytenu Movement, a member of the executive of the World Zionist Organization and a member of the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency for Israel. Mr Selsky is lecturer at the School of Politics and Journalism at Hadassah Academic College in Jerusalem. As part of his reserve army duty in Israeli Defense Forces, Mr. Selsky has been in charge for emergency information in Russian language in the IDF Home Front Command. Mr Selsky has BA in Business Administration and finished Executive Master in Public Policy with distinction from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

   Dr. Breakstone, who made Aliyah from the United States in 1974 and earned his doctorate from Hebrew University in the field of Israel education, has published numerous articles, books, and pedagogic materials on the teaching of Israel, Israel-Diaspora relations, and Zionism – all topics on which he lectures extensively. He has written regularly for The Jerusalem Post and The Times of Israel, dealing primarily with contemporary issues in Israeli society, particularly as they relate to the life of the Jewish community worldwide.
