She made Aliyah to Israel from Tashkent and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Administration from Bar-Ilan University, as well as a Master’s degree in Jewish Peoplehood Studies, with a focus on community research, from the University of Haifa. As part of her graduate studies, she researched the status of Jewish women in the context of migration.
Throughout her career, she has been engaged in promoting Aliyah and absorption, developing educational and community programs, and leading collaborations with communities and institutions in Israel and abroad.
Between 2007 and 2012, she served as an Aliyah emissary and Head of the Jewish Agency delegation in Central Asia. From 2014 to 2021, she worked at the organization “Israel Experience,” where she led long-term programs in the fields of absorption and education.
She later acted as CEO of “World Israel Beytenu” leading organizational and strategic activity on the international stage.
In addition, since November 2022, she acts as a member of the Executive of the World Zionist Organization and a member of the Board of Governors of the Jewish Agency, and acts as a director on several nonprofit boards.
