A huge, first-of-its-kind event was held in Times Square in New York, to mark the 70th anniversary of the November 29th decision. Ahead of the event, a video was produced that was projected on the giant screens in Times Square.
The video combines history from the historical decision in which the nations of the world recognized the Jewish people's right to a Jewish state in the Land of Israel, and some of Israel's top celebrities including Bar Refaeli, Noah Tishbi, Subliminal, Ninette, David Blatt, Moshe Peretz and many others.
