Training Young Leaders for Courageous Conversations

The World Zionist Organization’s North America delegation, together with the Department for Zionist Enterprises, has launched the Zionist Salons training seminar - an immersive experience designed specifically for emerging community leaders and educators.

This program empowers facilitators to lead inclusive, values-driven Zionist conversations and reshape Israel engagement within their communities.

Program Goals

Conceptual Framework Equipping participants with an updated understanding of Israel, Zionism, and global Jewish peoplehood.
Facilitation Training Preparing leaders to guide nuanced, dialogue-based Zionist salons.
Skill Development Enhancing historical literacy, empathy, and the confidence to handle difficult conversations.

Success in Action

Our inaugural training seminar held in Denver, Colorado (January 11–13) brought together emerging leaders from across the US, Canada, and Mexico for intensive workshops, hands-on simulations, and a visit to Golda Meir’s teenage home.
