Zionist Leadership Academy
The Zionist Leadership Academy is a collaboration between Keren Kayemet L’Israel and the World Zionist Organization and is dedicated to empowering the next generation of Zionist leaders.
This prestigious program selects 50 young leaders (ages 25–35) from key communities worldwide to receive high-level training in leadership, diplomacy, Zionism, and fundraising.

Young Women Leaders Training Program
The Geula program, led by the World Zionist Organization, aims to develop leadership skills in young Jewish women and strengthen connections between diaspora communities and Israel. The program features a fully funded seminar in Israel, individual and group training, and community activities. Participants will develop their own initiatives, focusing on leadership, Zionism, and management.
