This conference, held in December 2024, was attended by approximately 180 teacher shlichim who represent the World Zionist Organization across North America.
Guests of honor included:
The WZO’s teacher shlichim are professional educators who, in addition to their daily work—and for some, serving in miluim (IDF reserves)—act as living representatives of the Zionist ethos. Their ongoing efforts help strengthen Jewish identity, foster Zionist pride, and share Israel’s values, culture, and vision with communities around the world. They serve as a vital bridge between the Jewish people and the State of Israel.
The conference provided professional development tools and practical knowledge, but more importantly, it deepened the sense of community and shared mission among the participants.
As a highlight of the conference, the shlichim took part in a guided tour of the All About Herzl Museum. This immersive experience brought them closer to Herzl’s vision and further reinforced their commitment to carrying the Zionist legacy into their classrooms and communities.
