The Zionist World Unions

A Zionist World Union is an organization which represents a unique ideology within the Zionist Movement, has branches in at least five countries and has formed a grouping at the Zionist Congress of at least 12 delegates.

Most of Israel’s political parties have a World Union affiliated with them that conducts activities abroad as do each of the three major Jewish religious streams. Additionally, the Revisionist and General Zionist movements have modern-day affiliates that are represented by Zionist World Unions.

Every member in a World Union must be a self-declared Zionist and delegates of World Unions at the Zionist Congress can vote on all issues of candidature and elections to the institutions of the World Zionist Organization.
