The Yigal Allon Center’s "Emda" program is a long-standing initiative dedicated to the training and professional development of educational staff including directors, instructors, and team mentors within pre-military preparatory programs and "Year of Service" programs. The program offers tailored tracks comprising regional learning groups, national professional communities, and in-house training sessions, addressing topics such as educational identity, democracy, management and leadership, authority, facilitating discussions, conducting personal conversations, teamwork, and education during times of crisis. By combining peer learning, professional guidance, hands-on experience, and practical tools, the program helps educators formulate a clear value-based and professional stance, strengthen their role in driving processes, and translate their educational philosophy into meaningful daily practice.
