The Court rejected the request:

The Eretz Yisrael faction appealed against its exclusion from the Zionist Executive. After a hearing was held and the petitioner's attorney heard the court's comments, and consulted with his client, he announced his withdrawal from the appeal. The court ordered the petition to be struck out.

The Likud faction in the national institutions and others filed a motion for an injunction to prevent a vote from being held at the Zionist Congress for approval of the Zionist Executive.
In addition, the petitioners demanded that the court order the Standing Committee to prepare a new resolution that would pass by broad consensus. The petition was filed after the opening of the vote.
In its interim decision, the court ruled that once the vote had begun, it could not be stopped. However, it ordered that the votes not be counted until a hearing was held and a judgment was issued.
In its final judgment, the Court held that the petitioners’ claim that there exists a binding custom requiring a wall-to-wall coalition agreement should be rejected. Such a custom was not formalized and is not binding.
The petitioners’ claim of a “fait accompli” (procedural ambush) and of a defect going to the root of the process was also rejected. The Court ruled that despite the short time frame between the setting of the vote and the opening of the voting, this did not amount to a defect justifying judicial intervention or requiring the holding of a new vote.
The tribunal permitted the publication of the voting results.
ZOA COALITION
-V.-
Presidium of the 39th Congress
7 ZOA proposals received the support of 50 signatures required to submit draft resolutions during the Zionist Congress.
The Congress Presidency decided not to bring these proposals to the committees for discussion.
The Court ruled that this decision was an unavoidable necessity, due to the large number of proposals and the limited time in the Congress.
Hadassah organization
The Hadassah organization filed a request to replace a number of delegates on its behalf. The court ruled that since the wording of Article 24 of the Constitution makes it clear that the composition of the Congress cannot be changed after its approval, and since the organization has refrained from exercising its full rights to submit names of alternate delegates, the request will be rejected.
-V.-
Eretz haKodesh and Likud ran on a joint list in Argentina. When a Likud-affiliated delegate resigned from the list, the Argentina Area Elections Committee named the next Likud candidate, instead of nominating the next candidate on the list, who belongs to Eretz haKodesh.
The court ordered the error to be corrected.

The Court granted the parties two additional months to make the necessary arrangements to accept Merkaz Spain as a member of the Spanish Zionist Federation.
The World Zionist Organization - Department of Organization and Liaison with Israelis in the Diaspora, should be expected to assist in carrying out the act of expanding participation in a local Zionist organization.
If this is not done within two months from today, the petitioners may apply to the Court to receive a ruling declaring Merkaz Spain a member of the Federation.
This issue was discussed again in case 0002/2025.
