Eretz haKodesh and Likud ran on a joint list in Argentina. When a Likud-affiliated delegate resigned from the list, the Argentina Area Elections Committee named the next Likud candidate, instead of nominating the next candidate on the list, who belongs to Eretz haKodesh.
The court ordered the error to be corrected.

The Eretz HaKodesh movement at the Zionist Congress

The Eretz HaKodesh movement claimed in its complaint that Dr. Yizhar Hess, the vice chairman of the World Zionist Organization, and his movement financed a negative campaign denouncing the World Zionist Organization, in order to convince the ultra-Orthodox public to refrain from voting in the elections for the 39th Zionist Congress. Eretz HaKodesh demanded the imposition of sanctions for violating Article 49 of the Constitution and Regulation 41 of the Election Regulations.
Yizhar Hess and the other respondents claimed that in the absence of the WZO attorney, there is no authority to file a complaint and the right to dismiss the complaint. The court accepted the defendants' argument, but offered the defendants alternative mechanisms instead of a complaint, a means that requires a serving WZO attorney.
In addition, as a prospective statement, the court recommended that the WZO consider formulating a binding code of ethics for all activists and bodies within the framework of the Congress and the WZO. The court also emphasized the importance of appointing the WZO attorney within the framework of the 39th Congress.

The Central Elections Committee confirmed in a final decision the decision of the Mexico Area Elections Committee, based on an external auditor's report, that the Shas Mexico list was disqualified from running in the elections to the Zionist Federation. Shas Mexico claimed that the report was unreliable due to the auditor's connections to former officials in the Federation.
The court ruled that in its decision as an appellate court, it does not interfere with reliability findings. Consequently, the Central Elections Committee's decision was upheld.

The Zionist Supreme Court thought that a sufficient factual foundation had not been laid before the Zionist General Council in the case of the Latvian community seeking recognition as a federation. In addition, the Court thought that this was a glorious community of centuries, which has seen itself as part of the Zionist enterprise since the beginning of the twentieth century, went through a difficult period during World War II, is trying to recover and renew itself, and is carrying out Zionist activities. It is doubtful whether this aspect was considered in its full scope by the Zionist General Council.
Therefore, the Court decided that it was appropriate to return the hearing to the Zionist General Council in order to present to it a broad factual picture reflecting the past and present of the Latvian community.

Zionist Federation in Italy
On July 2, 2023, in ruling 0002/2023 the Court determined that Arzenu Italy is entitled to join the Zionist Federation of Italy subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.
On February 28, 2025, the Respondent announced that it had reached a general decision to accept Arzenu Italy as a member of the Federation. Therefore, and in accordance with the agreement of the parties, the Court determined that our country Italy is a member of the Federation for all intents and purposes. This includes attendance at the election committee meeting that will be held in the near future.
If the ruling is not respected and Arzenu Italy does not receive its rights as an equal member of the Federation, the Court will consider taking measures against the Federation, according to Rule 50 of the Court's Regulations (Case 0012/2024 Herut Movement v. Zionist Federation in France).
