The Statutory institutions of the World Zionist Organization constitute the organizational and constitutional framework through which the World Zionist Organization operates in Israel and throughout the world. They are headed by the Zionist Congress, the supreme institution of the World Zionist Organization, alongside which operate the Zionist General Council, the Executive, and additional bodies acting pursuant to the Constitution and the Regulations.
These institutions are entrusted with shaping policy, adopting decisions, overseeing their implementation, and managing the central affairs of the World Zionist Organization, in accordance with the Constitution, the Regulations, and the decisions of the competent institutions.
