Adi fell on the 16th day of Cheshvan 5784, (October 31, 2023). Sergeant Adi Leon, from the settlement of Nili, a fighter in the Tzabar Battalion in the Givati Brigade, fell in battle in the northern Gaza Strip. He was 20 years old when he fell.
Before entering Gaza, Adi left a notebook behind. Written on the cover were the words "read after my death." The values he was educated on are immortalized by his final words which accompanied him as a warrior and in his final battle.
