A unique program designed to train social entrepreneurs with groundbreaking ideas to promote social justice and Tikkun Olam, inspired by Herzl’s vision of an exemplary (Mofet) society.
As part of the program, entrepreneurs participate in lectures and workshops, and receive guidance from expert mentors to transform their ideas into successful social initiatives within a short and intensive timeframe.
The initiatives in the program address a wide range of social issues, including reducing inequality, education, strengthening the periphery, promoting equality and democracy, and fostering connections between diverse population groups in Israel.
The accelerator is named in memory of Timna Shvekky z”l, who tragically passed away in a car accident in 2017. Timna was a role model to those around her, known for her quiet leadership, compassion for marginalized populations, and commitment to not remain indifferent to injustices, violence, and inequality. Her legacy accompanies the program throughout its duration.
The seventh cycle of the program focused on sustainable Zionism and the climate crisis.
This cycle included 17 entrepreneurs with innovative ideas for advancing environmental and social justice, aiming to transform Israeli society into an exemplary society aligned with Herzl’s vision—a society that preserves the planet.
The initiatives in this cycle emphasized pioneering solutions for environmental and social change in fields such as sustainability, climate, recycling, environmental education, ecology, and more.
