The Central Election Committee
The disputed election method established in the USA towards the XXVIII Zionist Congress determined that 45% be allocated in accordance with the membership of the
constituent organizations that make up the Zionist Federation of the USA, and remaining 55% be allocated directly as a result of a nationwide ballot.
Appeals of this election system were rejected both by the national (area) election committee (AEC) in the USA and by the central election committee.
The court accepted the appeals.

The Committee for Determining the Number of Mandates to the XXVIIII Zionist Congress
Five countries requested to increase the number of mandates determined by the mandates committee.
The court decided to cancel the appeal from Belgium, reject the appeal from Mexico, and accept the appeals from Germany, Australia and South Africa, so that the number of delegates to the XXVIIII Zionist Congress from Germany will be 3, from Australia 9 and from South Africa 14.
Presidium of the Zionist General Council
The appeal of the Presidium of the Zionist General Council asking the court to interpret Article 43 according to Article 49 (a), Paragraph 1(b) of the Constitution of the World Zionist Organization, in light of the possibility of splitting the session of the Zionist Executive Committee into two dates two months apart, and this in order to allow the election of a chairman for the Zionist Executive.
The tribunal interprets that it is not possible to split the session of the Zionist General Council.
