The remains of Shimon Leib and Rivka Herzl, the grandfather and grandmother of the visionary of the state, Theodor Herzl, were located and brought to Israel. On the 22nd of Av 5786, they were laid to rest in a state ceremony at the Herzl family plot on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem, exactly 77 years after the remains of their grandson were brought to Israel.
