The Department for Zionist Activities in the Diaspora brought various delegations abroad, emphasizing themes of heroism and revival, with the goal of connecting the Diaspora to these ideas and conveying the messages of our heroes, along with ongoing cooperation for the revival, rebirth and growth of the State of Israel.
The delegations included “Nation of Heroes” in December 2023 to Latin America, “Nation of Heroes” in March 2024 to the United States, and “We Rise Again” in March 2025 to United States.
The participants were active reservists, wounded soldiers, wives of reservists, and social media activists, in order to bring a unique and different perspective about what is happening in Israel, about heroism, and about revival.
In addition, the department was involved in various delegations of mayors and other opinion leaders who visited the Diaspora to strengthen the connection to Israel and Zionism after everything that has happened in Israel during the “Swords of Iron” war and also through the “Am K’Lavi Yakum” (Rising Lions operation) operation.
In addition, during the "Swords of Iron" war, the department for Zionist affairs in the Diaspora has been involved with various delegations that have come to Israel with the purpose of providing tools and further opportunities of "Connecting Jews to Israel."
During the first week of January, the department, along with CNEF, organized a Shabbat of 70 Olim from France that included also reservists who recently were released from reserve duty.
In December, our delegations included "Aish Hatorah" and student delegations who have come in solidarity with Israel during the war, and we are happy to have provided with opportunities to take back home to their communities and beyond, fulfilling our department goals during these difficult times for the Jewish people.
