The Department of Pioneering Youth and Future Generations has set itself the goal of forming a young leadership movement that corresponds with the Jewish heritage, the Zionist dream and is culturally sensitive. Its goal is to encourage young Jews to be active agents who take initiatives using Zionist materials, to convey the challenges and dilemmas of the complex reality prevailing in the State of Israel as a Jewish democratic state, along with the Jewish experience in the Diaspora and the bridge connecting the two parts of the Jewish nation today.
The Department of Pioneering Youth and Future Generations strengthens, encourages and increases the movement's educational frameworks, by strengthening and deepening education that advocates superior educational processes, based on Jewish, Zionist and humanist values. Values that are the foundation and formation of the identity of future generations.
